Heart Gazing is a simple yet profound invitation to meet one another beyond roles, stories and expectations. In this shared space, participants sit together in quiet, loving presence, allowing attention to rest not on what is said or performed, but on what is directly felt and revealed in the moment. Without agenda or effort to make something happen, the relational field itself becomes the teacher. Subtle movements of emotion, connection, vulnerability, and openness begin to emerge, often in unexpected ways. What unfolds is not something to be achieved, but something to be discovered, an intimacy that arises naturally when we allow ourselves to be seen and to see another, heart to heart.

In 2006, Ardith was inspired to begin the journey to Whole Being Realization after watching a dear friend who was involved in “this work” be transformed. In 2012, she became a full Trillium Awakening Teacher. “This TA work has profoundly changed my life. Sharing this work and the gifts it can bring is my passion.” Ardith has been a Reiki practitioner for over 35 years and has served as a certified Breath Practitioner for almost 29 years. Most recently she completed the teacher training programs for Judith Blackstone’s Realization Process.
