The loving regard of our community is a precious resource in my life. I love to share the welcome, heart, and tender care embodied in our work.

I offer primal holding in dark places that have been challenging to integrate. I welcome your Being as you relax down from striving.

I joined Waking Down in 1998. My awakening transition took place in 1999. I’ve taught this work since 2002, and served as a Senior Teacher of Waking Down and Trillium Awakening during the decades that designation was active.
