Lena O’Neill Cain has been a teacher of Trillium Awakening since 2007. Her path to awakening has included years of spiritual study and meditation, training in Psychotherapy and Shamanic study. Creative practices, Mindfulness, Meditation, Prayer, Ritual and Sound Making often weave into her work with students. Lena has experienced a lot of trauma in this life, and her pain has been transmuted into greater self love with the right support. It is her greatest wish to offer what she has learned to help liberate other trauma survivors. Her passions include ecstatic dance, making art, nature photography and social activism.
