Begin Your Trillium Awakening Journey

Where to Start & How to Begin

Step 3: Build Your Support Team

Forge a relational field to ground your spiritual process:

1. Trillium Awakening Teacher – Seasoned guides (some with 15–30 years of  experience) who carry and transmit the path.

2. Mentor – A teacher-in-training who offers peer support between sessions.

3. Therapist – A mental-health professional for when personal or emotional material  arises.

4. Two Peer Supporters – Individuals on the path alongside you, offering everyday  companionship rooted in mutual understanding. -There are plenty of ways to  connect within the Trillium community
