What happens in Mutuality Cafe?

The Mutuality Cafe consists of drop-in peer mutuality circles that are facilitated by Trillium Awakening mentors.

Peer mutuality circles provide additional opportunities to practice mutuality and explore embodied awakening. These groups are intended to supplement, rather than replace, sittings and personal sessions with Trillium Awakening teachers.

Format

The mutuality circles in the Café are up to 2 hours long, and follow the typical format of a mutuality circle in which there’s a brief check in time, meditation, gazing, and time for each participant to share about their own awakening process. There will be one to two mentors who serve as co-facilitators.

The Mutuality Cafe is different than our “closed” mutuality circles, which consist of practitioners who meet regularly together as a kind of committed practice group. In the Mutuality Cafe, you can drop in whenever it works for you.

Mentor Marcia Hince will facilitate this mutuality cafe.

Please arrive on time, as you will be able to enter until 5 minutes after the hours.

While there is no fee for the Mutuality Cafe, we do encourage donations to the Trillium Awakening Teachers Circle Donation fund to support our efforts to reach more people with this work.
